Business Development Executive
Location: Pune
Responsibilities :
• Good understanding of the Real Estate market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction.
• Reach out with potential clients via phone calls and emails for business opportunities
• Research online sources and in-house databases to source potential clients
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Research and visit multiple sites for potential properties
• Making and implementing strategies to generate business
• Prepare data base of real estate developers and builders with their forthcoming projects.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
Qualifications :
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• 6 Months Experience in sales profile preferably in Real Estate.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
• Basic knowledge of working with MS office and other tools.
• Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good at giving presentation.
• Ability to work in a team
CTC : 2.4 to 3 lac
