Business Development Manager

Location: Pune

Responsibilities :

• Good understanding of the Real Estate market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction.
• Meeting new Channel Partners, empaneling them and assisting in sales-related services.
• Doing Market research study on various aspects of our upcoming & ongoing project.
• Participating in Corporate activity, social activity, events organized by company and actively promoting projects.
• Connecting & maintaining high repo with customers, following up with them on their inquiries, and solving project-related queries.
• Reach out with potential clients via phone calls and emails for business opportunities.
• Research online sources and in-house databases to source potential clients.
• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Making and implementing strategies to generate business.
• Brand positioning, Project positioning and content marketing.
• Need to connect with financial institutes, alternate channels for project promotion.
• Locating new niche markets and assessing business generation opportunities.
• Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Qualifications :

Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• 6 Months Experience in sales profile preferably in Real Estate.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
• Basic knowledge of working with MS office and other tools.
• Demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good at giving presentation.
• Ability to work in a team.
